
1 – Registration for IEFC Annual Meeting
The conference will be held in Donostia San Sebastián.
Registration for the IEFC Annual Meeting is free.
Please indicate:
– your days of presence
– your presence at the field trip
– your participation in the Social dinner on Tuesday, April 8, 2025 in the evening
Registration for IEFC annual meeting does not include accommodation and transportation (plane tickets, transport to and from the airport, hotel fees…).

2 – Reservation and payment of the social dinner
If you wish to participate in the gala dinner, you must reserve and pay a mandatory fee of €20 at the time of registration.

- All payments must be made in advance.
- The participant is responsible for any bank charges/fees associated with the payment.

Cancellation Policy:
In the event of the cancellation of your registration, please notify us at: secretariat[at]iefc.net. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Annual Meeting.
- Cancellations made before 8 March 2025 – full refund of the Social dinner fee
- Cancellations made after 8 March 2025 – No refunds will be granted.
- No shows during the event – No refunds will be granted
