Welcome to the registration page for the 27th session of the International Commission on Poplars and Other Fast-Growing Trees Sustaining People and the Environment in Bordeaux (FRANCE)

Registration for the conference is now open, and we encourage you to register as soon as possible to secure your spot.

1 - Registration for 27th session

Registration to 27th session is free.

Please indicate:

– your days of presence
– your presence at the pre-study tour and/or post-study tour
– your participation in the cocktail offered by the FAO on Tuesday, October 22, 2024 in the evening
– your presence at the dinner offered by the host country on Thursday October 24, 2024 in the evening
– your choice for meal package during the session

Please note that lunch reservations must be made below.

2 - Reservation and payment of meal package for the session

If you wish to have lunch on site, you must reserve and pay meal packages at the time of registration.

Lunch only from Tuesday October 22 to Friday October 25, 2024

Payment method: credit card or debit card (MasterCard/Visa)

Payment information:

  • All payments must be made in advance.
  • The participant is responsible for any bank charges/fees associated with the payment.
  • An invoice will be sent on request. Please contact us at: secretariat[at]iefc.net
  • The registration fee does not include accommodation and transportation (plane tickets, transport to and from the airport, hotel fees…).

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of the cancellation of your registration, please notify us at: secretariat[at]iefc.net. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Conference.

  • Cancellations made before 20 September 2024 – full refund of the meal package
  • Cancellations made after 20 September 2024 – No refunds will be granted.
  • No shows during the event – No refunds will be granted
