Registration includes:

• Full admission to ICPF 2023 according to the congress final agenda.
• Field trip (3 options: Kakuzi, Kefri Muguga Seed Centre, Komaza plantation). We will come back to you once registered.
• Attendance to all scientific sessions.
• Lunches and coffee breaks according to the final agenda.
• Social dinner
• Name badge, and PDF programme booklet available online and at the venue.

Payment information:

• All payments must be made in advance.
• The participant is responsible for any bank charges/fees associated with the payment.

• The registration fee does not include accommodation and transportation (plane tickets, transport to and from the airport…)

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of the cancellation of your registration, please notify us at: secretariat[at]iefc.net. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Conference.

• Cancellations received by 31 August 2023 – full refund of the registration.
• Cancellations made after 31 August through 30 September 2023 – 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
• Cancellations made after 30 September through 10 November 2023 – No refunds will be granted.
• No shows during the event – No refunds will be granted
