FIRE-RES General Assembly
From October 8 to 10, 2024, the FIRE-RES project held its general assembly in Bordeaux and Mimizan, bringing together researchers, local stakeholders and European partners from the 11 Living Laboratories. Co-organized by IEFC and CTFC (Centre de Ciència i Tecnologia Forestal de Catalunya), the main topic of the event was the financing of resilient landscapes, placing socio-economic issues and innovation at the heart of the discussions. FIRE-RES at the “Conférence des Maires”
On November 14, 2024, the IEFC was invited to the Conference of Mayors in Pontenx-les-Forges to present the FIRE-RES project. Organized by the Landes Nature Côte d’Argent region, this event was designed as a “learning conference” aimed at presenting the challenges facing the Landes forest and the initiatives of the Living Lab to local elected representatives.
