O primeiro desafio \u00e9 certamente a necessidade de adaptar a conce\u00e7\u00e3o e gest\u00e3o das florestas plantadas \u00e0s altera\u00e7\u00f5es clim\u00e1ticas atuais, tendo em conta o aumento cont\u00ednuo dos riscos abi\u00f3ticos (secas, ondas de calor, inc\u00eandios florestais, tempestades) e bi\u00f3ticos (surtos de insectos, doen\u00e7as emergentes, invas\u00f5es biol\u00f3gicas). Contudo, estas enfrentam outros desafios igualmente importantes como a elevada fragmenta\u00e7\u00e3o da propriedade florestal privada (16 milh\u00f5es de propriet\u00e1rios florestais na Europa), a procura incerta sob a atual crise econ\u00f3mica agravada pela pandemia COVID19, a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de produtos inovadores, juntamente com a otimiza\u00e7\u00e3o da cadeia de valor acrescentado, e o papel cada vez mais importante que o sector<br>florestal ir\u00e1 desempenhar na bioeconomia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Consequentemente, tamb\u00e9m o IEFC enfrenta v\u00e1rios desafios por operar num ambiente onde cada vez mais se exerce press\u00e3o sobre as florestas plantadas em m\u00faltiplas frentes, tais como: alimentar a bioeconomia, mitigar e adaptar-se as altera\u00e7\u00f5es clim\u00e1ticas, resistir \u00e0s pragas e doen\u00e7as emergentes, apoiar as organiza\u00e7\u00f5es de preven\u00e7\u00e3o de inc\u00eandios e fornecer servi\u00e7os de regula\u00e7\u00e3o como o carbono, a \u00e1gua e, ao mesmo tempo, reter e conservar o solo e a biodiversidade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-color\" style=\"color:#006633\"><strong>Convoca\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 candidatura<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Este fundo \u00e9 dedicado aos membros do IEFC para facilitar a coopera\u00e7\u00e3o dentro da rede focada em qualquer t\u00f3pico, em conformidade com a <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.plantedforests.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/IEFC_strategy_lite.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">nova estrat\u00e9gia do IEFC<\/a> tendo alocado um montante total de 20000 euros a distribuir por 4 ou 5 projetos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-text-color\" style=\"color:#006633\"><strong><em>Crit\u00e9rios de elegibilidade \/ Prazo final<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-text-color has-medium-font-size\" style=\"color:#006633\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.plantedforests.org\/pt\/iefc-network-fund-2024\/\">Descarregar<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A gest\u00e3o futura das florestas plantadas tem de responder a uma s\u00e9rie de desafios.
