ajudar\u00e1 a Uni\u00e3o Europeia a acelerar o progresso para uma economia circular e de baixo carbono, os peritos mundiais em produtos florestais n\u00e3o lenhosos (PFNL) apelam \u00e0s institui\u00e7\u00f5es europeias e internacionais, governos, decisores pol\u00edticos e ao sector privado para reconhecerem e explorarem o potencial desses produtos e os considerarem como um elemento-chave da economia verde na Europa e no mundo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este apelo a agir surge do &#8220;Manifesto de Alghero&#8221; elaborado conjuntamente pelos participantes do <a href=\"https:\/\/www.incredibleforest.net\/incredible-policy-forum\"><em>F\u00f3rum Pol\u00edtico &#8220;Explorar o potencial dos produtos florestais n\u00e3o lenhosos para a economia verde da Europa&#8221;<\/em><\/a>, que foi organizado a 16 e 17 de Mar\u00e7o de 2021 pelo Cons\u00f3rcio INCREDIBLE H2020, liderado pelo EFI, em coopera\u00e7\u00e3o com a FAO. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/incredibleforest.net\/sites\/default\/files\/draft_manifesto_16.3.21-for_consultation-2.pdf\"><em>Manifesto de Alghero: Um compromisso para promover a contribui\u00e7\u00e3o dos produtos florestais n\u00e3o lenhosos para o crescimento inclusivo e verde e o progresso eco-social na Europa e no mundo<\/em><\/a>&#8221; apresenta a multifuncionalidade das florestas, prop\u00f5e alguns benef\u00edcios de import\u00e2ncia chave dos PFNL, as diferentes estrat\u00e9gias implementadas, quest\u00f5es primordiais a ter em conta, as fraquezas e amea\u00e7as relacionadas com os PFNL, e apela a ac\u00e7\u00f5es propostas pelas partes interessadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, este F\u00f3rum Pol\u00edtico foi uma oportunidade para fazer um exame as pol\u00edticas relevantes e enriquecer o <a href=\"https:\/\/incredibleforest.net\/sites\/default\/files\/nwfp_white_paper_draft_for_consultation_9032021.pdf\"><em>Livro Branco sobre as prioridades pol\u00edticas para os produtos florestais n\u00e3o lenhosos na Europa<\/em><\/a>, elaborado no \u00e2mbito do <a href=\"https:\/\/incredibleforest.net\/\"><em>projecto INCREDIBLE<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neste sentido, os peritos seleccionaram e apontaram as principais\nac\u00e7\u00f5es pol\u00edticas necess\u00e1rias para assegurar o \u00eaxito das cadeias de valor do PFNL\nno \u00e2mbito deste Livro Branco, que s\u00e3o: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a) assegurar a sua conserva\u00e7\u00e3o e aprovisionamento\nsustent\u00e1vel; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b) construir cadeias de valor competitivas, equitativas e\nsustent\u00e1veis; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>c) melhorar a transpar\u00eancia, o fluxo de dados e de\ninforma\u00e7\u00e3o; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>d) e criar condi\u00e7\u00f5es favor\u00e1veis, assegurando a coer\u00eancia\nda ac\u00e7\u00e3o institucional: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>promovendo investimentos sustent\u00e1veis e\nmelhorando o apoio financeiro <\/li><li>e fomentando a inova\u00e7\u00e3o, <\/li><li>o desenvolvimento da capacidade de\ntransfer\u00eancia dos conhecimentos e a partilha de boas pr\u00e1ticas. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Na minha opini\u00e3o, n\u00e3o
