Este primeiro encontro reuniu representantes do IEFC, do HAZI, do ARI e do CTFC, ilustrando a forte dimens\u00e3o transfronteiri\u00e7a desta iniciativa, dedicada \u00e0s florestas dos Piren\u00e9us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-40ea9f7bd98205e8e2f9e5c346a75f7c wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><strong>Um projeto ao servi\u00e7o da gest\u00e3o sustent\u00e1vel das florestas de montanha<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-adc52d91c404103a1be3739832ff28a4 wp-block-paragraph\">O BOSPIR-3D visa modernizar os m\u00e9todos de invent\u00e1rio e monitoriza\u00e7\u00e3o das florestas atrav\u00e9s da utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o combinada de tecnologias inovadoras, tais como:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-6fb9e73454605b4d2394ffb87c7f7505\">o LiDAR terrestre e a\u00e9reo,\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-a8c12e7255caba36fbe1f420e6c0adbd\">os drones,\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-3f55846c8a779aca4b50805decaa1872\">a modela\u00e7\u00e3o 3D,\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-353a5b854990a56227e5844a59dbcbad\">e a intelig\u00eancia artificial.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-da0dcb31483bfbb29dc13b16da49cf92 wp-block-paragraph\">O objetivo \u00e9 comparar e validar diferentes abordagens de digitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, a fim de identificar as solu\u00e7\u00f5es mais robustas e operacionais para a gest\u00e3o florestal em contexto montanhoso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-3ba7b79a47e8beafb3597f41582ba496 wp-block-paragraph\">As florestas dos Piren\u00e9us constituem ecossistemas complexos e multifuncionais, desempenhando um papel fundamental em:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-17b2c5c5258325bacf142869a67e5560\">conserva\u00e7\u00e3o da biodiversidade,\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-eef7bfa91deb7f725acc19c68fe808da\">armazenamento de carbono,\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-fe586724b4f2bf96468b1d9620b65c97\">prote\u00e7\u00e3o contra riscos naturais,\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-5a36162aa05a93d93fa54793263e6c13\">\u00a0preven\u00e7\u00e3o de inc\u00eandios.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-9be218809b0dada9b434812641be62b5 wp-block-paragraph\">Face \u00e0s limita\u00e7\u00f5es dos invent\u00e1rios florestais tradicionais, frequentemente dispendiosos e dif\u00edceis de implementar em zonas montanhosas, o BOSPIR-3D tem como objetivo fornecer ferramentas mais precisas, harmonizadas e adaptadas \u00e0s necessidades operacionais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure reuni\u00e3o de lan\u00e7amento foi dedicado aos aspetos organizacionais e cient\u00edficos do projeto:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-89ad90b7c4c0483c3c4973fed7d4bde4\">revis\u00e3o das obriga\u00e7\u00f5es administrativas e financeiras,\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-ee8eda2cffe461f0472273e15abbf8bf\">defini\u00e7\u00e3o das a\u00e7\u00f5es de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o,\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-9fe9f27e41f6dded71be2609cdda761c\">debates sobre os futuros locais-piloto,\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-5a657c9692c7497c65e54b20f683d114\">apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o dos equipamentos e software mobilizados,\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-e44ef23d6aba3c17406c7ec2ab37ce2f\">e discuss\u00e3o das metodologias de recolha e tratamento de dados.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-2762efc69bb5abee4727470928f93020 wp-block-paragraph\">Foi dada especial aten\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 sele\u00e7\u00e3o dos locais-piloto nas diferentes regi\u00f5es parceiras. As discuss\u00f5es centraram-se, nomeadamente, na diversidade dos tipos florestais, das estruturas das popula\u00e7\u00f5es arb\u00f3reas, dos contextos topogr\u00e1ficos e dos objetivos de gest\u00e3o, a fim de garantir a m\u00e1xima representatividade das situa\u00e7\u00f5es encontradas nos Piren\u00e9us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-0225347b5aaea6ffe92afc825a58bde2 wp-block-paragraph\">O IEFC, representado no local por Joy Kingson e Lucas Moreews, com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 dist\u00e2ncia de Christophe Orazio, contribuir\u00e1 nomeadamente para a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o e acompanhamento dos locais-piloto nos Piren\u00e9us franceses, com especial interesse pelas florestas plantadas de mo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-586389307d73ca3097ec8f93b98a79c1 wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><strong>Um dia no terreno dedicado \u00e0s tecnologias 3D<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-0564658eda90cc3b07797ce6a9db62ca wp-block-paragraph\">O segundo dia permitiu aos parceiros reunirem-se diretamente no terreno, numa parcela do projeto LiFE Pinassa del Solson\u00e8s.
