A equipa de politica e economia florestal encarregada da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o e forma\u00e7\u00e3o (FOPER) do EFI apoiou-se nas suas parcerias com varias universidades das Balc\u00e3s. O curso vai ser submetido ao processo de acredita\u00e7\u00e3o nacional da Alb\u00e2nia, B\u00f3snia Herzegovina, republicas da Maced\u00f3nia e S\u00e9rbia. A Cro\u00e1cia e o Montenegro est\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m largamente associadas ao programa. O curso foi concebido por uma equipa internacional em coopera\u00e7\u00e3o com os parceiros regionais. O chefe do projecto foi o Dr. Ewald Rametsteiner do centro regional EFI INNOFORCE.A equipa baseou o seu trabalho nas necessidades de forma\u00e7\u00e3o identificadas em 2005 ap\u00f3s uma consulta feita ao mundo florestal atrav\u00e9s de encontros regionais e nacionais.<br \/>\nO Master ter\u00e1 lugar nas Faculdades florestais das universidades de Sarajevo e Belgrado. Outras faculdades participam activamente no programa atrav\u00e9s de trocas de professores. \u0093A participa\u00e7\u00e3o das faculdades \u00e9 real. E encorajador de ver as universidades trabalharem num tal esp\u00edrito de colabora\u00e7\u00e3o. Constatamos uma apropria\u00e7\u00e3o crescente \u00e0 medida que o projecto se desenvolve\u0094 disse o coordenador Mr. Tomi Tuomasjukka.<br \/>\nTrinta estudantes ser\u00e3o seleccionados para participar neste novo programa ap\u00f3s a sua acredita\u00e7\u00e3o no Outono de 2006. Os cursos come\u00e7ar\u00e3o em Fevereiro de 2007. Ao longo dos seus estudos os estudantes se focalizar\u00e3o na economia florestal, na analise e avalia\u00e7\u00e3o das politicas florestais, no marketing dos produtos lenhosos e na governa\u00e7\u00e3o da mudan\u00e7a.<br \/>\n\u0094 E tamb\u00e9m muito importante reagrupar os estudantes de diferentes pa\u00edses e de os deixar aprender uns com os outros. Os estudantes passar\u00e3o dois anos juntos.
