La gestion de la maladie du fl\u00e9trissement du pin est une question complexe, avec une efficacit\u00e9 limit\u00e9e et des r\u00e9percussions \u00e9cologiques significatives. La demande croissante de biosolutions a suscit\u00e9 un int\u00e9r\u00eat pour les antagonistes microbiens capables de contr\u00f4ler le n\u00e9matode. Les <em>Esteya <\/em>spp. sont des agents de biocontr\u00f4le fongiques prometteurs du n\u00e9matode du pin. Nous proc\u00e9dons ici \u00e0 une caract\u00e9risation int\u00e9gr\u00e9e des isolats d&rsquo;<em>Esteya vermicola<\/em> et d&rsquo;<em>Esteya floridanum, <\/em>parasite des vers n\u00e9matodes, par des m\u00e9thodes biologiques, biochimiques et mol\u00e9culaires, et nous donnons un aper\u00e7u de la s\u00e9lection de ces isolats pour la lutte biologique contre le n\u00e9matode du pin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-703687f6e807a7f04cb93a084a69dda4\">Les essais de double culture ont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que les <em>Esteya <\/em>spp. peuvent entrer en comp\u00e9tition avec les champignons ophiostomato\u00efdes (<em>Leptographium terebrantis<\/em> et <em>Ophiostoma ips<\/em>) pr\u00e9sents dans le pathosyst\u00e8me de la maladie du fl\u00e9trissement du pin, une perspective \u00e9cologique souvent n\u00e9glig\u00e9e qui pourrait entraver leur succ\u00e8s en tant qu&rsquo;agents de biocontr\u00f4le. De plus, <em>E. vermicola <\/em>peut m\u00e9taboliser plus de sources de carbone qu&rsquo;<em>E. floridanum<\/em>, ce qui peut avoir des implications sur le succ\u00e8s de leur inoculation dans les pins. Nos travaux confirment que les deux <em>Esteya <\/em>spp. sont \u00e9galement capables de supprimer le n\u00e9matode du pin <em>in vitro<\/em>.
