{"id":12798,"date":"2023-07-13T10:24:38","date_gmt":"2023-07-13T08:24:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.plantedforests.org\/?p=12798"},"modified":"2023-11-17T14:12:38","modified_gmt":"2023-11-17T13:12:38","slug":"sustainable-forest-national-coordination-of-the-eip-agri","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.plantedforests.org\/fr\/sustainable-forest-national-coordination-of-the-eip-agri\/","title":{"rendered":"Animation nationale for\u00eat durable du PEI-AGRI"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\"><em>Cette animation s\u2019inscrit dans la continuit\u00e9 de la collaboration entre le CNPF et le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reseaurural.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">R\u00e9seau rural national<\/a> (RRN) dans le cadre de la mise en \u0153uvre du <\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/eip\/agriculture\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>Partenariat europ\u00e9en pour l\u2019innovatio<\/em>n<\/a><em> (PEI-AGRI). Elle s\u2019appuie sur l\u2019expertise <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reseaurural.fr\/le-reseau-rural-francais\/animations-thematiques\/foret-bois\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">th\u00e9matique<\/a> \u00ab&nbsp;For\u00eat et changement climatique&nbsp;\u00bb r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en 2017-2018 via le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reseau-aforce.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">R\u00e9seau AFORCE<\/a> et d\u00e9j\u00e0 initi\u00e9e par le RRN.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Mis en place en 2014, le PEI-AGRI encourage la coop\u00e9ration entre acteurs de terrain, chercheurs, et d\u00e9cideurs des secteurs agricoles et forestiers au niveau europ\u00e9en comme au niveau r\u00e9gional. S\u2019appuyant sur le programme R&amp;D de l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne (Horizon 2020 \/ Europe) et le Fonds europ\u00e9en pour le d\u00e9veloppement rural (FEADER) pour lequel les Conseils r\u00e9gionaux sont autorit\u00e9s de gestion [cf. sch\u00e9ma ci-joint], ce dispositif est renforc\u00e9 dans le Plan Strat\u00e9gique National (2023-2027). Il est donc important pour les forestiers de s\u2019approprier les m\u00e9canismes soutenant le d\u00e9veloppement, afin de r\u00e9pondre de mani\u00e8re coordonn\u00e9e aux enjeux forestiers, notamment d\u2019adaptation et d\u2019att\u00e9nuation face au changement climatique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Dans le cadre de l\u2019expertise \u00ab&nbsp;For\u00eat, changement climatique et innovation&nbsp;\u00bb men\u00e9e par AFORCE en 2017-2018 et soutenue par le RRN, 6 ateliers d\u2019\u00e9changes avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 organis\u00e9s en r\u00e9gions avec 127 participants parmi plus de 400 acteurs r\u00e9gionaux invit\u00e9s (propri\u00e9taires, gestionnaires, chercheurs, associations environnementales, etc.). Ces \u00e9changes avaient pour objectif de faire un tour d\u2019horizon des projets pass\u00e9s et en cours, d\u2019identifier les enjeux et priorit\u00e9s foresti\u00e8res r\u00e9gionales, et de mettre en perspective ces r\u00e9flexions au niveau europ\u00e9en. Ces travaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019occasion du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reseau-aforce.fr\/n\/aforce-symposium\/n:3617\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">symposium anniversaire<\/a> des 10 ans du r\u00e9seau AFORCE organis\u00e9 en avril 2019. Plusieurs projets forestiers du PEI avaient alors \u00e9t\u00e9 initi\u00e9s ou lanc\u00e9s \u00e0 travers la France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">L\u2019animation th\u00e9matique For\u00eat Durable (2021-2023) men\u00e9e par le CNPF en collaboration avec ECOFOR et IEFC, a pour objectif de valoriser les r\u00e9sultats des projets PEI-AGRI forestiers (Projets multi-acteurs, R\u00e9seaux th\u00e9matiques et Groupes op\u00e9rationnels) les plus pertinents de la p\u00e9riode 2014-2020 (cf. carte ci-jointe). Pour cela, des actions de transfert et de communication sont en cours telles que la production de fiches synth\u00e9tiques des projets (\u00e0 para\u00eetre), la production de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnpf.fr\/actualites\/les-forestiers-francais-avec-le-partenariat-europeen-pour-l-innovation-pei-agri\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">6 vid\u00e9os de pr\u00e9sentation<\/a>, ainsi que l\u2019organisation d\u2019ateliers d\u2019\u00e9changes en r\u00e9gions et d\u2019un webinaire de restitution pr\u00e9vu \u00e0 l\u2019automne 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Face \u00e0 la faible part des projets forestiers (environ 5%) dans le PEI-AGRI, cette animation vise \u00e0 favoriser le porter \u00e0 connaissance, l\u2019\u00e9mergence de nouveaux projets et partenariats <em>via<\/em> Horizon Europe et le FEADER, et encourager le d\u00e9cloisonnement des travaux aupr\u00e8s des diff\u00e9rents types d\u2019acteurs forestiers fran\u00e7ais issus de la Recherche &amp; D\u00e9veloppement &amp; Innovation (RDI).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">A noter qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle europ\u00e9enne, une initiative similaire, le projet <a href=\"https:\/\/www.forest4eu.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">FOREST4EU<\/a> (2023-2025), va permettre la capitalisation des r\u00e9sultats de tous les projets forestiers et agro-forestiers du PEI-AGRI, dont ceux de la France, autour de 5 th\u00e8mes d&rsquo;innovation&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00ab\u00a0Mobilisation du bois\u00a0\u00bb<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00ab\u00a0Adaptation des for\u00eats au changement climatique\u00a0\u00bb<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00ab\u00a0Gestion durable des for\u00eats et services \u00e9cosyst\u00e9miques\u00a0\u00bb<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00ab\u00a0Produits forestiers non ligneux\u00a0\u00bb<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00ab\u00a0Agroforesterie\u00a0\u00bb<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Le projet FOREST4EU est financ\u00e9 par Horizon Europe (2021-2027) et coordonn\u00e9 par l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Florence (Italie). Il r\u00e9unit 16 organismes, dont le CNPF, de 9 pays europ\u00e9ens (Portugal, Espagne, France, Allemagne, Italie, Slov\u00e9nie, Croatie, Lettonie, Finlande).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Benjamin Chapelet,
