Este estudio servir\u00e1 de referente mayor para mejorar la conservaci\u00f3n y la gesti\u00f3n de los bosques a escala europea; Permitir\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n la predicci\u00f3n de la perturbaciones inducidas por los cambios clim\u00e1ticos y del medio ambiente.<br \/>\nLos trabajos de Antoine Kremer pueden ser aplicados a otras especies forestales incluyendo las con\u00edferas aut\u00f3ctonas de los bosqus industriales como las del norete de Rusia (NDLR: et Aquitaine). Estas t\u00e9cnicas ser\u00e1n tambi\u00e9n pertinentes para la introducci\u00f3n, gesti\u00f3n, mejoramiento y uso de especies ex\u00f3ticas.<br \/>\nEl Doctor Kremer trabaja desde hace m\u00e1s de veinte a\u00f1os en Francia en el Instituto Nacional de la Investigaci\u00f3n Agron\u00f3mico(INRA). Est\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n relacionado al EFI como miembro de su Comit\u00e9 Consultativo Cient\u00edfico.<br \/>\nEl premio le ser\u00e1 otorgado el 28 de septiembre del 2006 en Estocolmo (Suecia).
