Esta iniciativa es una continuaci\u00f3n de la colaboraci\u00f3n entre el CNPF y el R\u00e9seau rural national<\/a>)<\/em><\/em> (RRN) como parte de la implementaci\u00f3n de la Asociaci\u00f3n Europea para la Innovaci\u00f3n <\/a>(PEI-AGRI). Se basa en el peritaje<\/em><\/em> tem\u00e1tico<\/a> \u00abBosques y cambio clim\u00e1tico\u00bb realizado en 2017-2018 a trav\u00e9s de la <\/em>red<\/em> AFORCE<\/em><\/a> y ya iniciado por la RRN.<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Creado en 2014, el PEI-AGRI fomenta la cooperaci\u00f3n entre los agentes sobre el terreno, los investigadores y los responsables de la toma de decisiones en los sectores agr\u00edcola y forestal, tanto a nivel europeo como regional. Basado en el programa de I+D de la Uni\u00f3n Europea (Horizonte 2020 \/ Europa) y en el Fondo Europeo de Desarrollo Rural (FEADER), del que los Consejos Regionales son autoridades de gesti\u00f3n [v\u00e9ase el esquema adjunto], este dispositivo se refuerza en el Plan Estrat\u00e9gico Nacional (2023-2027). Por lo tanto, es importante que los silvicultores se apropien de los mecanismos de apoyo al desarrollo, con el fin de dar una respuesta coordinada a los retos a los que se enfrenta la silvicultura, en particular en t\u00e9rminos de adaptaci\u00f3n y mitigaci\u00f3n del cambio clim\u00e1tico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En el marco de la evaluaci\u00f3n \u00abBosques, cambio clim\u00e1tico e innovaci\u00f3n\u00bb realizada por AFORCE en 2017-2018 y apoyada por la RRN, se organizaron 6 talleres de debate en las regiones con 127 participantes de m\u00e1s de 400 actores regionales invitados (propietarios, gestores, investigadores, asociaciones medioambientales, etc.). El objetivo de estos intercambios era proporcionar una visi\u00f3n general de los proyectos pasados y actuales, identificar los problemas y las prioridades forestales regionales y poner estos debates en perspectiva a nivel europeo. Este trabajo se present\u00f3 en el simposio<\/a> del 10\u00ba aniversario de la red AFORCE en abril de 2019. En ese momento, se hab\u00edan iniciado o puesto en marcha varios proyectos forestales en el marco del PIE en toda Francia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El programa tem\u00e1tico Bosques Sostenibles (2021-2023) dirigido por el CNPF en colaboraci\u00f3n con ECOFOR y el IEFC, tiene como objetivo promover los resultados de los proyectos m\u00e1s relevantes del IEP-AGRI relacionados con la silvicultura (proyectos multi-actor, redes tem\u00e1ticas y grupos operativos) del periodo 2014-2020 (ver mapa adjunto). Para ello, se est\u00e1n llevando a cabo acciones de transferencia y comunicaci\u00f3n, como la elaboraci\u00f3n de fichas resumen de los proyectos (pendientes de publicaci\u00f3n), la producci\u00f3n de 6 v\u00eddeos de presentaci\u00f3n<\/a>, as\u00ed como la organizaci\u00f3n de talleres de intercambio en las regiones y un webinar de retroalimentaci\u00f3n previsto para oto\u00f1o de 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dada la escasa proporci\u00f3n de proyectos forestales (en torno al 5%) en el IEP-AGRI, esta iniciativa pretende fomentar la sensibilizaci\u00f3n, la aparici\u00f3n de nuevos proyectos y asociaciones a trav\u00e9s de Horizonte Europa y el FEADER, y favorecer la descompartimentaci\u00f3n del trabajo entre los distintos tipos de agentes forestales franceses implicados en la Investigaci\u00f3n, el Desarrollo y la Innovaci\u00f3n (I+D+i).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cabe se\u00f1alar que, a escala europea, una iniciativa similar, el proyecto FOREST4EU (2023-2025), permitir\u00e1 capitalizar los resultados de todos los proyectos forestales y agroforestales del PEI-AGRI, incluidos los de Francia, en torno a 5 temas de innovaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cabe se\u00f1alar que, a escala europea, una iniciativa similar, FOREST4EU<\/a> (2023-2025), (2023-2025), permitir\u00e1 capitalizar los resultados de todos los proyectos forestales y agroforestales del PEI-AGRI, incluidos los de Francia, que se articulan en torno a 5 temas de innovaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El proyecto FOREST4EU est\u00e1 financiado por Horizonte Europa (2021-2027) y coordinado por la Universidad de Florencia (Italia). Re\u00fane a 16 organizaciones, entre ellas el CNPF, de 9 pa\u00edses europeos (Portugal, Espa\u00f1a, Francia, Alemania, Italia, Eslovenia, Croacia, Letonia y Finlandia).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
