DESCRIPTION:The Directorate General for Environment (DG ENV) of the European Commission and Milieu Consulting SRL are pleased to invite you to the webinar\, scheduled for 4 September 2025\, from 9:30 to 11:30 CET\, on “Challenges\, barriers and possible solutions for tree planting”. \n\n\n\nThe webinar will focus on the presentation and discussion of the key findings of the report on challenges and barriers to tree planting. The implementation of the pledge depends on grassroots initiatives in the Member States\, at national\, subnational\, and local level. Linking with stakeholders is key for discussing challenges in tree planting and sharing experiences and solutions. \n\n\n\nMilieu Consulting SRL is developing a project to support the European Commission\, Directorate-General for Environment (DG ENV)\, in the implementation of the EU’s pledge to plant 3 billion trees by 2030 in full respect of ecological principles.
